Dear Tonya & Kenny

I am writing to tell you how pleased Vanessa and I are with the resurfacing project you recently completed at our home. I must admit that I was somewhat apprehensive about the process prior to meeting with you and having it thoroughly explained. I also want you to know that working with the two of you was a real pleasure. The pride you take in your workmanship really shows. We have had about a dozen contractors working here in the past few months, and no one has taken the care to protect existing conditions or clean up after themselves anywhere close to the level you did. I really appreciate that! Since you left, we have had several neighbors stop by to ask about our "new" walkway. They are generally very surprised to find out what we did, and how much (little) it cost. Please mail me some of your cards so that I can pass them out when people stop by.
